The April 18 GLC will explore relationships to time. In today’s demanding and unpredictable work environment there is increasing urgency for quick thinking and quick solutions. However some ideas take time to ferment before being offered.
As a leader, what is your relationship to time? Do you have enough or do you find yourself fighting to make time for important projects? How much time do you give to things you value? How do you deal with people who need time to think things through before taking action? Are you okay with conversational silence or do you find yourself filling the air?
These are some of the possible questions that might be explored at GLC IV. We hope you will contribute your unique perspectives and experiences related to TIIME on April 18.
The last GLC sold out so if you plan to come please register soon!
