As communities and organizations become more diverse, we are being challenged to expand our capacity to collaborate across multiple cultures and language gaps. Managing global meetings and workshops efficiently while creating the conditions for diverse individual team members to shine is a huge challenge.
Facilitating global groups requires speaking with clarity, making powerful requests, and separating the person and their cultural background from the root problem when issues arise. In this workshop, Vinay Kumar, an International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator and the Director of C2C Organizational Development, will share facilitation best practices and provide the opportunity for participants to practice facilitation and receive feedback.
