GLC X: The Power of Appreciation

Thursday July 2, 2015 is a celebration and appreciation event: The 10th Global Leadership Cafe! Yay (^0^)/We will explore creating better relationships with others through the Power of Appreciation by developing methods of communication that will empower you in your interactions with others.

Date & Time: July 2 @ 18:30 - 2130
Venue: Wesley Center, Omotesando
Participation Fee: 4,000 JPY (pre-pay 3,200 JPY/student 2,000 JPY)

GLC X is a discussion-based event developed by the Global Leadership Community, which is led by a team of co-organizers from several different countries. Small group discussions and interactive activities create an relaxing but inspiring atmosphere for both self-discovery and meeting new people. Over the past 2 years we have developed a community of motivated people seeking to progress leadership and make positive changes in the world and in themselves.

The Global Leadership Community provides a unique experience by
1. Creating a safe place for participants to explore new thoughts, ideas, and reflections that arise during interactive conversations.
2. Challenging participants to look within themselves, and confirm their beliefs and what is important to them.
3. Celebrating diversity by gathering a unique group of participants from different countries, professions, universities, and lifestyles.

2015年7月2日、Global Leadership Caféの第10回目を祝したカフェイベントを開催します。

心からの”感謝”から生まれるエネルギーやコミュニケーションを通して、今自分を取り巻く”関係性”をより豊かなものにするきっかけを体感して頂けるカフェイベントです。

日時：7月2日 （木）18:30-21:30　
場所：ウエスリーファンデーション表参道
参加費：当日4000円（早割3,200円/学生 2,000円）　

Global Leadership Community はリーダーシップについて、新しい実験的な学びを行うコミュニティです。私たちのミッションは、目的志向で自覚的なリーダーたちが、より良い社会創りに向かって対話や協働していくための、多様性に富んだ、分散型リーダーシップを実践するコミュニティを創り、育てることです。少人数で行われるワールドカフェは、リラックスした環境の中で、自覚的なコミュニケーションを促し、皆さんの自己開発およびネットワーキングに貢献すると確信しています。

Global Leadership Communityが大切にしていること
1. 参加者全員が、自分の考えを安心して声に出し、新たな可能性を探索できるような安心した環境を創る
2. 参加者が自分自身を見つめる機会を提供し、自分の信念や価値観を確かめるきっかけを創る
